About Laura
Laura is a people first recruiter with over 15 years of experience helping organisations find talent that truly makes a difference. Her background spans agency, in house, and start up environments, giving her a unique edge in understanding the diverse challenges businesses face. Having worked with well known organisations across the health, education, research and not-for profit sectors, Laura has successfully recruited for a wide range of positions, from support staff to executive leaders.
What sets Laura apart is her genuine passion for connecting people with purpose. She loves building trust with her clients and candidates, creating partnerships that go beyond just filling roles. Originally from Dublin, Laura has called Perth home since 2011. Outside of work, you’ll find her adventuring with her husband, two kids, and two Aussie Shepherds or staying active by training with Natalie at their regular Fitstop classes.

Natalie brings over 15 years of recruitment expertise and an infectious energy for helping organisations and individuals thrive. Having worked across agency, in-house, and start-up environments, her deep understanding of the not-for-profit, healthcare, and research driven sectors ensures she delivers tailored recruitment solutions for even the most complex roles.
Natalie’s thoughtful and strategic approach ensures every placement aligns with her clients goals and values. Originally from Edinburgh, she’s called Perth home since 2010. When she’s not connecting the right people with the right opportunities, Natalie enjoys Perth’s beaches, her morning Fitstop classes, and adventuring with her husband and two kids.
